This etching was drawn on the Point Reyes peninsula side of Tomales Bay, sitting on Picnic Beach looking across the bay a little north of the tiny town of Marshall. I paddled my kayak across the bay from my home in Marshall. Many mornings it would be glassy smooth until about 11 a.m. when wind and waves would start up. It was a beautiful place to wake up in every day.
